[GSA Council] Waving need to be informed of today's meeting

Hi councillors,
According to the GSA bylaws,
6. Prior to every Council meeting: a) All Directors shall be given individual notice at least seven (7)  calendar days before each Council meeting, unless waived by every Director. All GSA members shall  also be informed of the Council meetings. 

7. Prior to every Council meeting: 7.1. All Directors shall be given individual notice at least seven (7) calendar days before each Council  meeting, unless waived by every Director. 

7.2. The agenda and related documents of a Council meeting shall be disseminated in written form  to all Directors at least five (5) calendar days prior to the meeting, unless waived by every  Director. 

In order to have the meeting today, it is required that all directors waive their right to be notified of the agenda and the meeting. I urge all active directors to send their waivers to marina at (meetingfacilitator.gsa at gmail.com <mailto:meetingfacilitator.gsa at gmail.com>). If by 8:30 PM we have the waiver of all the councillors we can have the meeting.
