[GSA Council] Regarding the Upcoming GA

Bhavreet, I'm just letting you know we got 8 people so far for tomorrow
night at 8:30. We're still missing one for quorum. Ribal has been notified
to chair real quick.

Hopefully, we'll see you tomorrow night.
