[GSA Council] Regarding the Upcoming GA

Yes we can have online voting and for that all the directors need to vote..not just 9 (as the president says)

So i encourage the councillors to vote online about the time sensitive issues.

Also, we need to remove the impeachment from the agenda. There needs to be a special GA called for that (it says so in the bylaws. Ribal pointed it out).

If we can vote online, we need to remove the impeachment item.

If we can't, then just make an urgent council meeting at 8:30 either tomorrow or Wednesday.

Send a callout asap and ask if people can meet for less than 30 minutes to approve the agenda.

Hi Bhavreet,

We can try and have an urgent meeting, but that seems improbable. I would suggest, send us the Agenda by mail. We can then try and convince everyone to vote online for this. That seems to be the best possible way out.

We again end up having a time sensitive issue for the GA. As we dint have  quorum for the last council meet and the GA agenda is not approved by council (although i couldn't make it to the meeting but i asked the other executives to present the GA agenda) and GSA has already booked the space for April 1st, 2016 for a GA. i cannot go ahead with Ga mobilization.

So, as suggested by the council chair, can we meet in this week...an urgent council meet for GA
or any other way.
