Hello Councillors--

Please find your Jan 9 Council Packet attached and in the council archive:

I have also uploaded the reports in the Archive and included in the Packet
(due to formatting issues copying from reports into the Packet). Please be
aware the president will forward his report directly to the council shortly.

Note: If you are unable to attend this Council meeting, you must send your
regrets to Aurup at <coordinator at gsaconcordia.ca>. Otherwise, you are
required to be present on Saturday by 4:30PM to sign-in for the council meeting
and therefore qualify for an honorarium (see Article 5.17, GSA Bylaws).
