[GSA Council] GSA Council meeting February 4 6:00-9:00 PM

Hello Everyone,

Please find attached a council packet for the February 4 meeting, from 6:00
PM-9:00 PM at the GSA house.

I have also attached two documents that you should read about motions in
the packet. I also attached the meeting minutes. Some items need to be
removed before it is uploaded to the website as it has some closed session
items.

You are  required to the present  at 5:30PM to sign-in for the council meeting
and qualify for an honorarium (ref: Article 5.17, GSA Bylaws).

Please send your regrets to Aurup the Office manager at
coordinator at gsaconcordia.ca if you are unable to attend the meeting.
Otherwise,
you are required to be present on Sunday by 5:30 PM
