[GSA Council] Motions with missing motivations

Dear Councilors/Executives/Staff,

There are several motions with missing motivations on the current agenda, I
urge you to send me the motivation or a draft of a motion, in order to be
more efficient during meetings. Otherwise I believe it is best to remove
them, and then they can be proposed during the amendments of the agenda on
that day.
