[GSA Council] Fall meeting dates

Hello,

I know that some of you have emailed me with preferences outside of what I
provided in the Doodles. I will not make any changes to the Doodles
currently. I will keep the doodles active until first week of September
when everyone knows their schedule better. We will reassess depending on
uptake.
