[GSA Council] August 17th GSA Council Meeting Minutes (closed session)

Hello all,

It was nice to see everyone at our GSA Council Meeting yesterday. It was a
packed agenda, but we managed to get through the majority of important
items with few being carried over to our next meeting.

we will need to vote on this item next time. As well, I believe Rafi will
