[GSA Council] ECSGA BYLAWS and CFS vs RAE Settlement

Hello all,
As far as I remember the motion stated that I will just accompany Alex, but
Alex would be the signing authority, so let's not have a confusion over
there.
And yes I agree that I don't have exact details about the case as
Alex, whatever information me and bhavreet were given in executive meeting,
we tried to explain with best of our knowledge in council meeting.
Anyways, since the motion is passed I will just accompany Alex in the
meeting as an observing member.
