[GSA Council] Reminder - Motions for Oct 4 due Noon tomorrow & Fall Council Schedule

Dear Councillors:

Please be reminded, as per council motion CO-20150829-03 (as amended) the
following Fall Semester schedule for early and regular Council Meetings
apply:

October
Early - Sunday, October 4, from 6-9pm;
Regular - Saturday, October 31, from 5-8pm;

November
Early - Sunday, November 8, from 6-9pm;
Regular Saturday, November 28, from 5-8pm;

December
Early - Sunday, December 6, from 6-9pm;
Regular Saturday, December 26*, from 5-8pm;
*Council may wish to reconsider calling December's meeting for the last
Saturday.

Please note as per the bylaws, the following deadlines apply for Council
motions:

October - early Sept 30 / regular Oct 27
November - early Nov 4 / regular Nov 24
December - early Dec 2 / regular Dec 22

All motions are due by *noon (12:00pm)* on the dates listed above. The
Council Packet will be circulated by the meeting facilitator the same day
before 5:30pm.
