[GSA Council] Notice: early GSA Council Sept. 13th (6-9pm) and Fall regular GSA Council last Saturdays (5-8pm)

Dear Councillors:

As per the council motions, the survey for scheduling early and regular
Council Meetings has closed with the most popular dates being chosen.

The *early September Council Meeting* will take place from *6pm-9pm on
Sunday, September 13th,* in the GSA House (due to short notice for
conference room bookings).

The fall schedule for regular Council Meetings will be the last Saturday of
each month from 5:00pm-8:00pm in a conference room to be determined. The
schedule is as follows:



*Saturday, September 26, from 5-8pm;Saturday, October 31, from
5-8pm;Saturday, November 28, from 5-8pm;Saturday, December 26*, from 5-8pm;*
*Council may wish to reconsider calling December's meeting for the last
Saturday.

Please note as per the bylaws, the following deadlines apply for the early
Council meeting on Sept. 13th:
Council motions are due to the meeting facilitator by *Wednesday (September
9th) at 12:00pm*;
The Council Packet will be circulated by the meeting facilitator on *Wednesday
(September 9th) before 5:30pm*.
