[GSA Council] Early Sept Council + Reminder: Surveys for Council meeting schedule

Hello GSA Councillors--

FYI-As I understand the Council motion regarding tabled items, Council is
calling an early meeting in September to deal with tabled items from Aug
29th. I will call that date/time based on the results of the survey for the
"Second Council Meeting" but for the week of Sept 13-19th (ie a week's
notice from Sept 6th).

Please be reminded: As requested in Council motions passed on Aug. 29th,
all Councillors are to complete the following surveys by *September 6th at
Noon* to schedule council meetings for Fall semester.
