[GSA Council] Regarding space booking for GA

Hi,H763 is available from 2-5 October 5th; this will adhere to council motion; it takes 100 pple in a lecture format as per hospitality. I have never been to the room so I do not know how it will work

Not to be destructive here, but this is what happens when things are not done properly; I insist on you guys being prepared for council not because I hate you or because I am the devil incarnated, it is because of this.
Anyways, 
This should work, but you need to book quickly before it gets taken

If even checked for the dates between october 12th-16th no room is available from 2pm -5pm. Again, i repeat in weekends rooms are available.
