[GSA Council] Surveys for Council meeting schedule and draft minutes

Hi,H763 is available from 2-5 October 5th; this will adhere to council motion; it takes 100 pple in a lecture format as per hospitality. I have never been to the room so I do not know how it will work

Not to be destructive here, but this is what happens when things are not done properly; I insist on you guys being prepared for council not because I hate you or because I am the devil incarnated, it is because of this.
Anyways,

Do note the concern raised about the vote for 5.1 VacantAdvocacy Manager Position: Minute taker'sconcern -- Upon review of the minutes and the GSA bylaws, Article11.9 seems to conflict with the recorded vote:“Council may leave thepositions of Manager Advocacy and/or Manager Services unfilled for a period ofno longer than 60 days. This provision is renewable and requires the unanimousconsent of all Directors for each extension.” Motion CO-20150829-05             BIRT the Advocacy Manager hiring besuspended.
