[GSA Council] Reminder: Survey for October Council Meeting

Hello-

We need five days notice for the council packet.

The Oversight Committee is meeting on the 22nd and that day the packet will
go out after the committee meeting.

So council needs to be on Monday, unless you all want to change the OC
meeting day and the day reports are due.
