[GSA Council] GSA task list

Dear all,

Please find the updated task list. I have added my comments to it, and if
there is anything wrong, please let me know

Meeting minutes for the last two council have not been posted yet.

I have updated the task list according to the recommendations provided by
councilors. Any other feedback is more than welcome of course! I hope you
all had a nice weekend, and I wish you all a good thanksgiving.
