[GSA Council] ASEQ Orientation and Reporting Lunch Meeting

Hello Everybody,

The meeting with ASEQ today went really well yesterday. They presented us
with the data which we requested. The claims report was for 2 years but we
suggested that they make a claims report for 5 years.

The claims report will be presented to council in January. Another date
will be arranged to make the presentation the Annual Claims Report, Change
of Coverage Update, and Plan Overview to directors. This can also be done
during the council retreat.

I apologize for the short notice in sending the invitation earlier. The
meeting was supposed to be with execs but the invitation was extended to
directors and staff last minute.

I invited a lawyer to make a presentation to directors on the rights and
responsibilities of directors. This is not my lawyer but a lawyer who has
a specialty in not-for-profit organizations and community groups. An
arbitrator will try to resolve the dispute between me and  Keroles.
