Hello Rahul--

Thanks for your message. I apologize for the errors.

I also received the following motions after sending out the packet that I
will add to the revised document when I return to Montreal tomorrow
afternoon.


1. Appointment of Auditor

2. Approval of financial statements for 2011/2012 and 2012-2013

3. Motion to rescind Motion CO-20151101-10

Whereas Motion CO-20151101-10 does not take into consideration the manner
in which the GSA operates.

Whereas Motion CO-20151101-10 goes against GSA by-laws which puts the
website and Internal communications as the responsibilities of the
president.

Whereas Motion CO-20151101-10  states the president should seek the consent
of the VP Mob to fulfill his responsibilities.

BIRT Motion CO-20151101-10 be rescinded
