[GSA Council] Invoice for the Renovation and Outings

Okay!

But just to let everyone know, all the expenses bills and invoices are
always documented and crossed checked by at least 2 people .

Finance manager's work/execution  is on time always and he's doing his job
well, so everything is perfect and organized.
