[GSA Council] Invoice for the Renovation and Outings

Hello All,

I am requesting the executives to provide the invoices for the Renovation
and Outings along with the expenditures in orientation.

As recommended in the early oversite committee meeting, GSA President was
asked to submit the invoice and bills for the Renovation in the October
council meeting but there hasn't been any sight of interest from President
to present the invoice/bills.

It's here by recommended that Invoice/bills for the Renovation and Outings
along with the Expenditures in orientation be presented in the Oversight
Committee meeting to be held on Wednesday 18th November from 8 pm to 10 pm.

If failed to do so will face consequences.
