[GSA Council] Financial updates

Hello,

Please find the financial update attached up to and including May 29.
Please note that this statement is an reasonable approximation to what we
have spend up until now compared to the budgeted , the idea was to give an
input to the new Finance Manager to start with .

Also I want to thank , especially , Liz and Roddy for their good work on
the finance issues .
