[GSA Council] Packet for May Council: Friday, May 29, from 5-9PM

Hello Councillors--

Your last council meeting of the year will take place on *Friday, May 29,
from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM*, in the GSA House.

Your packet and all the accompanying documents are in the Council Archive (

I have also attached the May Council Packet here in pdf and doc formats.

Please note that I received a request from a GSA Member to present three
demands to Council. I have included these demands in my Chair's report and
noted the reasons behind my ruling that these demands are frivolous. See
3.1 in the Packet. I have also shared my report with the member who
requested this business.

If you have any trouble accessing the packet or the archive, please let me
know.

FYI--New Councillors have been invited to attend at 4:30 and stay for the
duration of the final year's council meeting from 5-6pm. Our special
meeting of council will continue from 6-9pm to finish gathering council
input on the proposed bylaws, read the draft via this LINK

Reminders--If you are unable to attend this Council meeting, you must send
regrets to Aurup at <coordinator at gsaconcordia.ca>. Otherwise, see you
Friday by 4:30pm to sign-in for the council meeting and therefore qualify
for an honorarium (see GSA Bylaws Article 5.17).
