[GSA Council] Reports & call for motions for May Council

Hello Councillors--

Please find the attached reports received so far for May council. Please
send any motions by *Monday May 25, 2015 at noon (12pm)* as the last
council meeting of the year will take place on Friday, May 29, from 5:00 PM
– 9:00 PM, in the GSA House. I will send the packet on Monday!

New Councillors are invited to attend at 4:30 and stay for the duration of
the final year's council meeting from 5-6pm. Agenda items already include:

1) Motion for a pool of CROs, Chairs, Minute-takers for depts & assoc
2) Motion to rescind CO-20150420-07 & CO-20150420-08
3) Motion about Executive working hours
4) Motion of Appreciation
5) Budget Committee appointments
6) Motion to accept reports & Executive booklet
7) Council Training
8) Motion on ASEQ rate for the 2015-16 year
9) draft for an Emergency Fund policy


Our special meeting of council will continue from 6-9pm to finish gathering
council input on the proposed bylaws.
