[GSA Council] Notice for May Council: Friday, May 29, from 5-9PM

Hello Councillors--

Your last council meeting of the year will take place on *Friday, May 29,
from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM*, in a location to be confirmed.

New Councillors will be invited to attend at 4:30 and stay for the duration
of the final year's council meeting from 5-6pm. Agenda items include:

1) Motion for a pool of CROs, Chairs, Minute-takers for depts & assoc
2) Motion to rescind CO-20150420-07 & CO-20150420-08
3) Motion about Executive working hours
4) Motion of Appreciation
5) Budget Committee appointments
6) Motion to accept reports & Executive booklet
7) Council Training
8) Motion on ASEQ rate for the 2015-16 year


Our special meeting of council will continue from 6-9pm to finish gathering
council input on the proposed bylaws, read the draft via this LINK
