hello Jon ,

I know your having a difficult task to accomplish ,but as Mathilde suggested and if it possible for you  to add another voting space in the voting stations , just to reduce the waiting time and make  the process faster by casting votes from 2 people at the same time , still the voting officer will have enough time to check the votes ,

 I know you are the CRO and that you are the boss in this election  process but can I just suggest that you add another voting booth(the hidden place where people actually vote)?  The voting process could go twice faster and there is nothing is the Bylaws that states that there should be a minimum of 2 people on voting booth. You probably just need another table for the carton paper to stand on it. Transferring people to other polling stations will reduce the impact of the issue, but i also think that the voting speed at a specific polling station can also be increased by the suggestion I just made.

Hi Korosh,

There were some technical issues at the EV building at the beginning of the day. Such issues are to be expected as a normal part of the process. They have been resolved.

While these issues were ongoing, we made it very clear that people could vote in the MB, H, and LB buildings. Therefore I see no reason to extend the voting period or delay the counting of the ballots.
