[GSA Council] Concerns regarding votes

[GSA Chief Returning Officer]

Hi Korosh,

There were some technical issues at the EV building at the beginning of the
day. Such issues are to be expected as a normal part of the process. They
have been resolved.

While these issues were ongoing, we made it very clear that people could
vote in the MB, H, and LB buildings. Therefore I see no reason to extend
the voting period or delay the counting of the ballots.
