[GSA Council] PLEASE APPROVE: Additional funds for GSA election

Hi Jon,
I appreciate all the hard work you are doing, and from what I have seen,
you seem to be doing a great job as CRO so far. However, I think we need
more information before we can grant your request for 30 additional work
hours. Could you please provide a rough breakdown of the 50 hours you have
worked so far, and an estimate of how the 80 remaining hours will be spent?
