[GSA Council] Hiring committee metting

Send out an email to council asking for three more people. Then all council has to assent, but to be honest they are also supposed to e approved by council. I asked for council to provide a mandate that the council accept whomever they hire at the February meeting, but I am not sure what came of that.

Also ribal is not running?
