[GSA Council] Hiring committee metting

Hello,

I mentioned in my report that we need to Hire a CRO early this week and we
have only 3 people in the hiring committee who are not running and the
quorum for that committee is 5 , unfortunately you did not address this
issue today , and only Isabelle Ribal an I are available tomorrow or
Wednesday for Hiring the CRO , any suggestion ???
