[GSA Council] Regrets for Monday Supplementary Council Meeting

of Council on Monday. There is a scheduled meeting of the Strategic
Directions Advisory Board on Monday at 10 am until noon. I will head to
Council afterwards so that Directors have a chance to review my report.
