I tried to take the poll a few minutes ago, but it is closed. On the previous email you stated that it will close on Friday June 5th, 2015 at noon not on June 3rd. Could you please open it again?

You will find draft minutes attached from the Council meeting on May 29th.
The first regular council meeting for the 2015-16 team was requested to be organized as soon as possible, so a survey has been prepared. There are many options to try to find the best time for all.
