[GSA Council] Fwd: "council chair position" resumes

The fact that council extended the application period does not meant that the ones that applied already and we have seen are refused. Council can still appoint any of them as chair and consequently we need their resumes. The idea of making a shortlist was never even discussed.
Applicants' resumes are not national security; I really do not see the point not distributing all resumes and all the arguing. Thanks

We didn't short-list any resumes. Resumes which we received after the position has reopened are considered.Council took a decision on reopening the position again.
I repeat again, As there was no motion or any collective decision made by the council directors saying ribal resume is short-listed or to be considered for further process so, Ribal resume is not in the list.

Hi,
Three of the directors and you mailed me ,saying ribal resume needs to be included in the list.
I don't have any problem in including ribal resume.
But from the past council meeting , the council didn't short-list or took a collective decision officially saying RIBAL is shortlisted. So, ribal was not included in the list.
I repeat again,I just need an official collective decision from the council of directors(council) saying council agree's that Ribal is shortlisted and  to be  included Ribal in the list .
A motion is required for this and should be in the minutes.In that way it is official and i can include ribal resume then.
