[GSA Council] Updated Council Packet

Hello Councillors--

I have added the the financial statements of 2012-13 and 2013-14 in the
July 31, 2015 Council folder:

These statements were approved at the budget committee and are presented
for Council's approval on Friday. We can entertain a motion to approve the
statements when we review the Finance Managers report.
