Dear Councillors:

The Regular July Council Meeting will take place from 6-9pm on Friday, July 31st. Thank you to the members who voted on the doodle and replied to my personal messages.

Please note as per council motion "CO-20150324-06: BIRT Exec/staff reports shall henceforth be submitted to the chair/meeting facilitator aminimum of 48 hours before council motions are due and the chair should send the reportsa minimum of 24 hours before motions are due" the following deadlines will apply:
   
   - Executive and Staff reports are due before Saturday (July 25th) 12:00pm to the meeting facilitator;   

   - Council motions are due to the meeting facilitator by Monday (July 27) at 12:00pm;
   - The Council Packet will be circulated on Monday (July 27) before 5:30pm.
The location of this meeting will be confirmed shortly.
