[GSA Council] NOTICE: 6-9pm on Friday, July 31st - Regular July GSA Council Meeting

Dear Councillors:

The Regular July Council Meeting will take place from *6-9pm on Friday,
July 31st*. Thank you to the members who voted on the doodle and replied to
my personal messages.

Please note as per council motion "CO-20150324-06: BIRT Exec/staff reports
shall henceforth be submitted to the chair/meeting facilitator a minimum of
48 hours before council motions are due and the chair should send the
reports a minimum of 24 hours before motions are due" the following
deadlines will apply:

   - Executive and Staff reports are due before Saturday (July 25th)
   12:00pm to the meeting facilitator;
   - Council motions are due to the meeting facilitator by Monday (July 27)
   at 12:00pm;
   - The Council Packet will be circulated on Monday (July 27) before
   5:30pm.

The location of this meeting will be confirmed shortly.
