[GSA Council] quorum still needed - GSA Council Doodles

Hello Councillors--

At this time I cannot call the Special meeting of Council as we are still
lacking quorum of 10 voting Directors. Please fill out the doodles if you

Seven days notice is required for call Council Meetings and we need to set
