[GSA Council] Winter Semester Meeting Schedule + Notice for Feb Council

Hi everyone,
Good news - I've booked a conference room for the next 4 upcoming council
meetings. It's H-769 for all of them. Thanks for getting the schedule
sorted out ahead of time so we can have a nice room. See you then, but
hopefully see you before then too!
