[GSA Council] Winter Semester Meeting Schedule + Notice for Feb Council

Hello Councillors--

Based on the doodle, Monday and Tuesday evenings seem best this semester,
so I proposed the following schedule:

February Council - 6-9pm Monday Feb 16, 2015
March Council - 6-9pm Tuesday March 24, 2015
April Council - 6-9pm Monday April 20, 2015
May Council - 6-9pm Tuesday May 26, 2015

Please book these dates in your agenda. Also, please note that the packet
for February Council will be emailed at *Noon on Feb 12*, so send in your
motions or reports before the deadline.
