[GSA Council] Jan 19th from 3-6pm: Clarification for Jan Council

Dear All,

As you may have heard, there will be an important TRAC GA has just been
announced for January 19th at 5 pm. As this GA will deal with an issue that
concerns many graduate students, I do not think it is in our members' best
interests to hold our Council meeting from 3 pm-6 pm on that day. I hope
that we can reschedule this meeting.
