[GSA Council] Arts and Science Grad Student Association Meeting

Hey guys,
I agree with David. Why not just make the potential new association an
agenda item at the Arts & Science Congress? This will give the Committee an
opportunity to gauge the interest and decide how to move forward. It might
also attract more people to the Congress. Win-win!
