[GSA Council] Arts and Science Grad Student Association Meeting

Hey David,

While the focus of these meetings are primarily Arts and Science students,
the meeting that I've been asked to schedule specifically deals with the
creation of a new student association. I would like to thank you for the
invitation to the Arts and Science Congress, but from my understanding the
initiative I'm heading is strictly to explore the topic of a new
association and whether the membership would want one and how it might look.

One problem I can foresee is if members think these two meetings are for
the same purpose. Is there any way we can make sure that the schedules of
each meeting don't overlap? If it helps, I'm aiming for the last week of
January to hold mine.
