[GSA Council] Arts and Science Grad Student Association Meeting

Hi Trevor,

Danish and me have been mandated to organize the Arts & Science Congress
which seems to already adress your concerns. We have met today and already
called for a meeting with the A&S Councilors to prepare the congress. You
are more than welcome to join us.
