[GSA Council] Jan 19th from 3-6pm: Clarification for Jan Council

Hello Councillors--

For our Council meeting, it will likely take three hours so pls note the
time will be scheduled from *3-6pm* on Monday, January 19th.

All agenda items, reports, and motions are due by Noon on Thursday (Jan
15). Please respect this deadline as it is a bylaw requirement that the
meeting agenda and business be sent within 5 days.

The packet must be sent on Thursday.
