[GSA Council] Jan 19th from 3-5pm: Notice for new date for Jan Council

Hi Gretchen,

A couple of thoughts about your email announcing the Council meeting:

1. You announced that it would take place from 3 to 5 pm, but 2 hours may
not be enough time to take care of Council business. Are Council meetings
not typically scheduled for at least 3 hours?

2. You requested that agenda items be submitted by Thursday, Jan 15. But
this is only 4 days before the meeting. Do the bylaws not require that
agenda items actually be submitted by Wednesday, Jan 14?
