[GSA Council] Jan 19th from 3-5pm: Notice for new date for Jan Council

Hello Councillors--

We have a *new* date for January Council. We will meet from *3-5pm on
Monday, January 19th*.

All agenda items, reports, and motions are due by Noon on Thursday (Jan
15). Please respect this deadline as it is a bylaw requirement that the
agenda and business be sent 5 days before we meet.
