[GSA Council] re-doodle for council

Hello Councillors--

We have been asked to re-consider booking January 12 for our Council
meeting. If you agree with the call to change, please fill out the
following doodle:

I have include Mon, Tues, Fri as they were the most popular days on the
previous doodle.

If we get a quorum of 9 Councillors we will go with a new date for January
Council.

Do recall from our December council discussion there are pressing issues to
discuss in January, including the budget, GA, Exec Action Plan and more.
