[GSA Council] Notice for next Council meeting (Mar 9, 10am) & draft minutes (Feb 16)

 Hello Councillors--

We have quorum on the doodle and will convene the next council meeting on
Monday, March 9th, from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM in the GSA House.

Draft minutes are also attached from Feb 16th.

Please note that motions can be added, but there are many tabled items and
I understand this council meeting is called to deal with the tabled agenda.
