[GSA Council] URGENT - Budget Approval for Arts and Science Congress

Hello all council members,

This is a reminder to all of you to please let us know if you approve the
new budget for the Arts and Science Congress so that I can book the space
ASAP. Just select YES or NO here: http://doodle.com/75bbita6sppw6ggb.

*This is extremely important and will only take a few seconds of your time.
*If I do not get approval, I will not be able to book the space, and
therefore the GSA will not be able to follow through on plans for an event
that we hope will bring up member participation in the GSA. As you all
know, this is a huge problem for us right now.

The original budget was for $300.00, but we weren't able to get the room
booking and liquor license to provide our own drinks, so we need to spend a
$50.00 more. That is all.

Budget:
$50- for Chair
$50 for Minute taker
$30 finger food during break
$220 for 5 a 7 at Burritoville (bartender, room rental, 1 drink per
delegate, finger food)
