[GSA Council] Approval for A&S Congress Budget

Hi,

As per Mathilde's suggestion, I created a poll here:

Please, everyone, respond as soon as possible so we can make plans. Next
week is spring break, and the event is the week after that. We need
council's approval to move forward with this.
