[GSA Council] Reports

Hi everyone,

It occurred to me right after our meeting that we neglected to approve
reports or action plans this evening. The executive have already received
their bursaries for the money, if I am not mistaken, but I think it is
important that we make it a priority to vote on these at our next council
meeting as one of our first items. Please chime in if you agree.
